The completely renovated 300 years old farm has been equipped with all modern comfort aimed at housing and sleeping up to 30 people:

• the grand living room with bar and lounges of 120m2 gives access to an open kitchen equipped with a modern stove for cooking on gas, a 90 cm electric oven, a micro-wave oven, 2 dishwashers, 3 fridges, 1 freezer
• a separate room of 40m2 with TV and soccer table in order to permit each age to relax at its own rhythm
• 5 rooms with twin beds each with their own bathroom ‚en suite’ (of which 3 rooms with showers-sink-toilet and 2 with bath/shower-sink-toilet) ; in 2 rooms an additional baby bed is included and in 2 others there is an extra single bed
• 3 rooms with each 3 bunk beds (capacity of 6 people per room)
• separate bathroom with 3 showers, 2 toilets and 4 sinks
• wellness with spacious sauna (12m2), shower with waterfall and relaxation room
• big garden (600m2) with view on the fields
• Free WiFi

Four professional boilers guarantee immediate and abundant hot water. All rooms are equipped with central heating, in the grand living room ventilo-convectors permit to reach quickly a comfortable warmth. Our prices are all-inclusive excluding option packs (see below) and tourist taxes. Please bring your own bed linnen and towels. Animals are not allowed.
